Singin while marching and runnin is like the best trainin for stamina !!!

Stripping a M16 in 25 secs was my best timin !!! Assembling took alittle longer haha !!! 35 secs haha ....

We celebrated sheikh's birthday with our water bottles haha !!! , Next up Rec PHUA KANG PING !!!

PPL who say army food sucks really dont know wat they are eating man , i think its really good la , seriously its really MAI HIAM BUAY PAI , AI HIAM KA NA _ _ _ ....
